1. About these terms

In these terms, “A‑Z Peptides”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and supplier identified in your order correspondence. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person or organisation accessing the catalogue or submitting an order request. By using this website, confirming that you are 18 years or older or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You must have the training, authority, facilities and lawful purpose required to acquire and handle the products ordered. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or intended laboratory use.

3. Laboratory research use only

All products are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, administration, consumption, diagnosis, prevention, treatment or any therapeutic application. Nothing on this website is medical, veterinary or dosing advice, and no product description should be interpreted as a therapeutic claim.

4. Customer responsibilities and lawful use

By submitting an order, you represent that the products will be acquired, possessed, stored, handled, used, transferred and disposed of lawfully and only for the stated research purpose. You must not administer a product to a person or animal, mislabel it, make therapeutic claims about it, resell it for personal use or use it contrary to any applicable law, permit, licence or regulatory requirement.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect unlawful activity, false information, misuse, fraud, regulatory risk or a breach of these terms.

5. Product information and availability

We take reasonable care to present product names, strengths, quantities, inclusions, images and prices accurately. Images are representative and screen colours, packaging presentation or minor non-material details may vary. Availability may change without notice. We do not warrant that every listed item will remain available or that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Order requests and acceptance

Submitting the checkout form creates an order request only. The on-screen confirmation, automatic email and unique order reference acknowledge receipt; they do not by themselves mean that we have accepted the order. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and the required payment has cleared.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of availability, a pricing or catalogue error, suspected fraud, an incorrect delivery address, regulatory concerns or another reasonable business reason. If cleared funds have been received for a cancelled order, they will be returned using an appropriate method.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Product, quantity-saving and delivery charges shown in the cart are calculated before submission. No card or banking details are collected through this website. Available payment methods are provided separately to the email address entered at checkout.

Where a promotional code is offered, its validated prices and delivery benefits are shown at checkout. Promotional benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time before an order is accepted.

If a genuine pricing or calculation error is identified before acceptance, we may correct it and ask whether you wish to continue at the corrected amount or cancel the order request.

8. Complimentary BAC Water

One complimentary BAC Water vial is included with each eligible peptide vial unless otherwise stated. Complimentary items have no cash value, are not exchangeable for another product and are counted according to the eligible peptide-vial quantity in the accepted order.

9. Delivery

We currently offer Australia-wide delivery. Standard delivery is $15, express delivery is $20, and complimentary express delivery applies to qualifying product orders with a product subtotal of $300 or more. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith; please allow up to 12 business days. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly through your order correspondence if an order is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct or cancel an order request. We cannot guarantee changes after acceptance or dispatch. We are not required to provide a refund solely for change of mind unless we agree otherwise.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a guarantee that applies under the Australian Consumer Law, contact us within a reasonable time and retain the product and packaging while the issue is assessed.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where permitted, to replacement, resupply, repair or refund of the affected goods or services.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A‑Z Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, delivery delay, unauthorised use, misuse, handling outside stated conditions or use contrary to these terms. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, liability caused by our negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, or any non-excludable statutory right.

You remain responsible for loss or damage to the extent caused by your unlawful conduct, false information, misuse of a product or material breach of these terms.

13. Website use and security

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it excessively, impersonate another person, submit false orders or use the service for an unlawful purpose. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or business.

14. Intellectual property

The A‑Z Peptides name, branding, packaging artwork, photographs, written content and website design are owned by or licensed to A‑Z Peptides. You may view the website for its intended purpose but must not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

15. Privacy and electronic communications

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting an order, you consent to receiving electronic communications reasonably required to acknowledge, review, accept, fulfil or resolve that order. These transactional messages are not marketing communications.

16. Events beyond reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural disaster, power or network failure, industrial action, government action, border restrictions or supplier interruption. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect on accepted orders.

17. Disputes and governing law

If a concern arises, please contact us first through your order correspondence or the privacy/contact channel on this website so we can attempt to resolve it promptly. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction there, subject to any mandatory law that applies elsewhere.

18. General provisions

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy and accepted order correspondence form the agreement relating to the website and order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

19. Updates and contact

We may update these terms when legal requirements, catalogue content or ordering arrangements change. The version published when an order request is submitted applies to that request unless a change is required by law.
